Once your order has been received your Zoe Darling product will be selected and quality checked from our stock. Alternatively, if you have chosen a Quoin or Bespoke bag your order will be put into production.
Postage, Packaging and Delivery
Once quality checked your product will be carefully packed and placed into a robust postage box. This box will be collected by our courier who will provide us with a unique tracking number. We will send you this number via an email notification enabling you to track the package and not miss your delivery.
Issues and Returns
If an issue arises with your Zoe Darling product we request that you contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com. Alternatively, call us on 01628 308336 and advise us of the problem. We will work with you to resolve any issues and defects as quickly and efficiently as possible.
